Pay & Compensation

  • Full-Time Position, 40 hours weekly 
  • Hours: Wednesday & Thursday, 10:30am - 7:00pm, Friday & Saturday 5:30am - 1:00pm, Sunday 8:30am-6:00pm
  • Every other Holiday required.
  • $17.00/hour

Job Description

  • Assists in simple recipes for hot and cold food preparation. Batch cooks items ensuring optimal food quality; i.e. scrambled eggs, french-fries, vegetables, fish, etc.
  • Follows “counts” designated on production sheets, as written.
  • Informs Chef when a recipe or food production sheet needs to be modified and informs Chef of potential shortages.
  • Instructs attendants in regards to menu offerings and/or menu changes.
  • Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • One (1) year of related experience.
