Hours and Compensation

  • Full-Time, 40 hours weekly
  • 7:30am - 4pm 
  • $22.50 - $25.00/hour
  • This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial painting, with a strong eye for color and design. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and finishes, and ensuring high-quality results that meet our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed.
  • Select and ensuring accurate color matching.
  • Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on color choices and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and make touch-ups as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) to five (5) years related experience.
  • Familiarity with both interior and exterior painting projects.
  • Valid driver’s license, required.
