**This role qualifies for our Enhanced Weekend Program**

Weekender Program

  • 8 hour shifts.  Associate must work a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 32 over the course of a weekend.
  • $15.25/Hour + Shift Differential + $5.00/hour for each weekend hour worked up to 32 hours.
  • Eligibility to receive the premium begins at 1400 on Friday and ends at 0700 Monday.
  • Up to 3 non-consecutive scheduled or unscheduled weekends off per six-month period.
  • Certified Med Tech &/or Certified Nursing Assistant licensure also provides increase in base pay.

Hours and Pay:

** IF YOU HAVE A CURRENT CMT hourly rate is  $16.00/hr + Shift Differential**

  • Daily Pay Available
  • $15.25/Hour + Shift Differential ( PCA only)

Job Description

  • Provides individualized attention to the residents of an Asbury Community.
  • Assists the residents on daily basis with personal responsibilities and hygiene.
  • Escorts residents within the community or on supervised outings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Active Driver's License.
