  • Morning & afternoon hours
  • $19.00/hour

Job Description

  • Reviews log entries and memoranda daily to ensure safety of residents and staff.
  • Answers all phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Understands proper phone procedures including forwarding, transferring, etc.
  • Performs desk opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact, or in a security monitoring environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required
