Salary Range: $60,000 - $71,000 Annually
Job Description
The HR Generalist partners effectively with leaders and associates at our community by:
- Serving as a point-of-contact for associates and managers for guidance on Human Resource matters.
- .Prepares new hire on-boarding process once employees are on-site at the community.
- Prepares and conducts new hire orientation.
- Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures
- Responsible for completing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered).
- 2 years of prior HR experience minimum
- HR certification a plus
- Experience with HR software
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently
