Job Responsibilities

* Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
* Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
* Conducting post-repair follow up
* Resolving customer complaints
* Continue to maintain Crown Dodge value, quality, and integrity

Job Qualifications

* Ability to work hard with limited supervision
* Service Advisor experience preferred
* Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
* Must have great customer service skills
* Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background & Drugs)
