Minimum Base – with Percentage of Overall Service

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Examines contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements
* Verifies all documents are signed and completed properly
* Maintains Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards
* Processes paperwork on a timely basis
* Post new and used deals to accounting books
* Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
* Reconcile schedules
Job Requirements
* At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment required
* Automotive Accounting or ADP experience a preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective Communicator
* Dependable
* Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office
* Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
