Mō te tūranga | About the Role

Our cleaning team plays a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our community, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.

You will be responsible for cleaning all areas within the community, including resident rooms and internal facility spaces. This role involves working closely with other team members to identify areas requiring specialist attention and liaising with your supervisor to ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well maintained and readily available.

• Previous cleaning experience 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team, and be highly responsible and reliable
• The ability to focus on our resident needs and remain calm and courteous
• A good level of physical fitness
