A very busy gastro pub/restaurant on a large site in a busy village close to Brighton. Working in a lovely modern kitchen where all the food is fresh and made to order from scratch. We use local suppliers and herbs from our own garden.

Experience

Looking for a Chef de Partie with all fresh food experience. Ideally Rosette or from a high quality restaurant, gastro pub, country house or 4/5 star hotel. Working in a brigade of 7. Great opportunity for the right Chef to join a growing friendly kitchen and business.

Salary

£21K plus bonus

5 days on, 2 days off

48 hour week, - splits and straight shifts

Ideally own transport or bike - 10 mins form main line Station.
