will:
Develop and acquire new business revenue through
sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on small to mid-size
entrepreneurs/high net worth individualsBuild and grow a strong network of professional
referral relationships (e.g. mortgage brokers, real estate agents)Collaborate in team sales situations
Manage overall client relationships, supported
by day-to-day account management.Prepare and implement an individual business
plan and production budget.
Qualifications
should possess:
Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience,
and appropriate insurance licensing required ORBachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's
Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required
ORHigh School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
