Position : Customer Experience (CX) / Web Application Engineer

Location : Alexandria, VA

Employment / Duration : Contract / Long term

Interview Style : Telephonic / In-person

The main requirements are:

•       Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS and Web Development is required

•       Proven experience in CX, Web Application Engineer or similar role

•       Experience in Human Centered Design and Design Thinking are a plus.

•       Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

•       Proficient in prototype design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)

•       Programming experience in HTML/CSS; JavaScript, developing, deploying and debugging web applications.

•       Full stack web development experience

•       Expert knowledge of JavaScript with a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamental.

•       Experience with a responsive design for desktop/mobile

•       CSS compiler knowledge (E.g., Sass, LESS)

•       Experience working with Agile and Scrum

•       Ability to work independently and provide leadership for completing work.

•       Problem-solving aptitude.

•       Analytical mind with a business acumen

•       Excellent communication skills. 

•       Bachelor’s Degree is required
