Job Title: Deskside Support/ Desktop Technician
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 12 Months (with possible extension)
Job Description:
· Basic Windows OS skills, basic HW Diagnose skills, PC set up skills, must be able to manage PC parts inventory, action ticket system for work effort
· Must hold to calendar integrity
· Must have excellent customer interaction skills
· Must speak fluent English, work with customers directly - face to face, and very professional
· Must work well in team environment and take direction well
