Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T) group currently has a position open for manufacturing support of the formulation and filling processes.

The candidate will provide technical support for transfer of new vaccines into the Holly Springs Fill/Finish area.

The successful candidate will perform activities including: 

• Technical protocol and summary report generation as related to technical studies executed in direct support of GMP manufacturing activities

• Manufacturing on-floor technical support and troubleshooting (off hours as necessary)

• Deviation investigation and technical assessments

• Collection, organization, trending, and analysis of GMP manufacturing data

• The candidate should be able to work independently and in a multifunctional team with members from manufacturing, automation, engineering QA and QC.

Skills:

Experience working in a GMP environment

Experience in sterile injectable manufacturing (Formulation, Filling, Inspection)

Experience in data analysis and technical writing

Strongly Desirable Skills & Experience

GMP production of vaccine products

Process validation

Familiarity with LIMS, Trackwise, Delta V, and/or Pi data historian

BS Science or Engineering and 4+ years of experience

MS Science or Engineering and 3+ years of experience
