Job Description:

• Rational Requisite Pro, SQL, Clear quest 

• Strong BA with life insurance with good communicate and attitude

• Strong life insurance BA with knowledge / understanding of reinsurance

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), involved in various phases like Requirements, Analysis/Design, Development and Testing.

• Must have Experience in Reinsurance business and expertise in Reinsurance processes and Industry practices. Understanding of other Insurance business processes viz.

• Underwriting, accounting, policy service, Agency administration and Regulatory Authority compliance.

• Thorough understanding of Life Insurance business – Traditional and New Generation products and all types of Annuity products.

• Ability to do requirement Analysis, Gap analysis and Impact Analysis. Proven ability in Requirement gathering and documentation.

• Good experience in writing business specifications / functional requirements / non-functional requirements of the system.

• Ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders.

• Must have working knowledge of SQL and able to write SQL queries.
