Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Philadelphia PA
Duration: 6+ months
Manager Notes:
· Recruitment Coordinator
· Owning the new-hire process.
· This includes ensuring the candidate is having a wonderful recruitment experience as well as guiding them through all the processes of starting a new job.
· Experience in facilitating orientation for new hires on a weekly basis.
· Supporting the recruiters with day to day tasks such as interview scheduling, guiding their new hire to their first day of employment
· Creating metrics reports and running them monthly
· Processing all SAP Transactions
· Owning and over-seeing the entire requisition and offer process from routing the position for approvals to routing the offer for approvals once a candidate is selected
· Proficiently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Supporting 50-150 candidates
Interview:
· Phone Interview
· Onsite Interview (give them background, meet with team members)
We will be in Philadelphia PA in Center City
Work Schedule: 9 am-6 pm
