Artech is currently seeking to add to the below position

Job Title: HVAC Technical Trainer
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Duration: 12 Months

• HVAC Technical Trainer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
• 75% travel
• Typical month would be 2-3 weeks out of month travel
• Fall ramp up time would be 3-4 weeks travel in the month
• 200-400 mile radius of travel
• Flexible hours based on trainings

Overall Responsibilities:
deliver instructor-led training to Nest Pro Channel partners - training topics related to full Nest product suite including features & benefits and technical training. Support the Nest Pro Team with product and technical training of new Pro partners.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Deliver technical (installation & setup) training and sales (product features & benefits) training in formal instructor-led classroom settings.
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the entire Nest product portfolio and maintain that expertise over time as new products and/or features are added to the portfolio.
Provide weekly recaps summarizing training statistics, feedback from learners, training evaluations, and key metrics.

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Training, Workplace Learning, or Education.
5+ HVAC industry experience preferred. Former HVAC technicians will be strongly considered.
3+ years of instructor-led training experience with a strong track record of positive results.
Excellent presentation skills in front of small (2-3) and large (50-100) audiences.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, classroom management best practices, and effective teaching methods and tools.
Willingness to embrace change, concepts and new technologies quickly.
Additional language fluency may be an advantage.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Willingness to travel regionally.

Nice to Have Skills:
Industry knowledge preferred (HVAC, Connected Home, DIY, Security, Custom Integration).
Proficient with gSuite.
