Job Description

§ Will act as a Subject Matter Expert on specific Client Cloud Solutions products and services

§ Delivers best in class, “white glove” customer experience with representation of Comcast in a courteous manner with prospects and customers

§ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

§ Works within a team environment and shares best practices

§ Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

§ Handling Tier 1 Support interactions. Using Remedy as required for escalation of support issues to Tier 2/3.

§ Ensuring that SalesForce is updated and current as required by senior leadership.

§ Attending and participating in training needed to be successful in their jobs

§ Maintaining a professional appearance and timely and regular attendance to work. Managing non-worktime (for example lunch and breaks) to maximize customer interaction and productivity time.

§ Submitting work hours in a timely and accurate manner.

§ Escalation to supervisor and leadership of any issues that could lead to a a cancelation of services.

§ Ensuring that Customers are communicated with in a manner that meets all company requirements for ethical behavior, professionalism, honesty and focus on a premier customer experience.

§ Experience with SaleForce CRM tool a plus

§ Experience in customer service systems a plus
