Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 1+ Year
Job Description:
· Establish and manage detailed project plans and schedules for assigned projects.
· Ensure project milestones and key tasks are accomplished, and overall timelines are met.
· Proactively review and validate deployment project plans identifying risks, issues, and gaps that could impact project timelines and goals; develop corresponding mitigation plans in collaboration with their management and cross-functional teams.
· Facilitate and recap project status meetings with key stakeholders on a regular basis
· Report project status to key stakeholders.
· Develop and present project status information in the form of briefings and project coordination meetings.
· Maintain effective business and field communications and relationships
· Coordinate the scheduling of deployments, and ensure deployment entrance criteria have been achieved.
· Responsible for interdepartmental project coordination and communication – including National/Corporate and Division resources.
· Manage project document repository.
· Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
· Experience in Cable/Telecommunications industry preferred.
· 5 to 7+ years of experience working on complex, innovative projects
· Demonstrated project management experience and expertise.
· PMP Certification preferred.
· Ability to balance competing priorities in a very dynamic/fast paced environment.
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required.
· Planning, prioritizing and organizational skills required.
· Effective meeting facilitation, planning, and management skills required.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
· Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
