Job Description:

• Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

• Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.

• Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes.

• Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.

• Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.: 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.

• The summary of the Business Systems Consultant 5/SCRUM Master, within the PM Methods team, and as part of the Accelerated Value Enablement (AVE) group (aka, Enterprise Agile Center of Excellence) is as follows: Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead individual scrum teams in all aspects of scrum-daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration & iterative development

• Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values • Drive teams toward continuous Agile maturity

• Create, maintain, and promote consistent Agile practices across all teams within Wells Fargo in cooperation with Accelerated Value Enablement (AVE)

• Perform Agile Maturity assessments for teams, provide coaching and input to reach higher levels of maturity, continuous improvement

• Guide the team to remove impediments allowing the work to get done

• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

• Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

• Produce Agile metrics and reporting 3 + years of experience as a scrum master DQO0007675- Adaptable and flexible coaching style which takes into account the needs and learning styles of a diverse team Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Agile Certification A BS/BA degree or higher

• Experience Technical Project Methodology (TPM), SDLC, change and project management methodologies, concepts, practices, procedures and standards

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I) or higher and / or a Certified Agile Coach.
