Job Summary

· Perform analysis, design of technical specifications, coding, testing, and support of new and existing custom applications. Developing new modules and business processing within our custom SmartClient/WinForm Applications and facilitate direction to web centric Application platform.

· Will create applications utilizing C#, VB.NET and ASP.Net with Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010, SQL Server 2008, SSIS and SSRS. Experience in Object Oriented Design patterns and Test Driven Design practices are important.

· Maintain an expertise in industry standards and patterns using Microsoft development products.

· Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

· May assist in the day-to-day leadership for one or more functions within an IT department.

· Critical to success is demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

· Understanding Agile Development SDLC with Iterative release schedules. Demonstrated experience in developing ASP.NET, C# and VB .NET applications.

· MUST HAVE: Proven experience in design and development of large scale N-Tier application. Microsoft Development skills: C#, VB.NET, WinForms, Web Services, WCF, ASP.NET, HTML, SQL Server ‘08, SSRS, SSIS and Object Oriented Development.
