Job Description

Job Title: Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services
Location: PHOENIX,AZ
Duration: 12 months with possible extension.

Job Description:

· Basic Windows OS skills, basic HW Diag skills, PC set up skills, must be able to manage PC parts inventory, action ticket system for work effort. Must hold to calendar integrity.

· Must speak fluent English, work with customers directly - face to face, and very professional.

· Must work well in team environment and take direction well. First shift, no weekend, no on call, no travel.
