We require these skills: 

• Strong core Java (J2EE will not do)

• Strong multithreading

• Strong database (we use Oracle and Sybase)

• Spring

• JMS (Tibco or MQ)

• Unix shell scripting

• Capital Markets experience

Pluses: 

• Fixed Income Trade Processing – huge plus, may trump lack of some other skills

• Oracle Coherence or any other distributed caching (grid computing) technology like Hazelcast, GridGain, etc.

• C++

• C# Candidates who have worked in Fixed Income broker/ trading/ Capital market environment would be preferred.

Must have Core Java, server side and Capital Market/ Fixed Income/ Trading platform experience
