Arraya Solutions, a leading Mid-Atlantic infrastructure consulting, application development and managed services provider located minutes outside of Philadelphia, is hiring a Managed Services Security Team Lead.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting and growing our managed security services offerings, which include vulnerability scanning, real-time security incident remediation, and administration of security solutions like firewall, IDS/IPS, anti-malware, email security, web security, and other products. This individual will be asked to maintain our managed services infrastructure and field service calls from customers regarding requests and issues. Additionally, this position will be expected to monitor and service our internal security infrastructure and staff.

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting and growing our managed security services offerings, which include vulnerability scanning, real-time security incident remediation, and administration of security solutions like firewall, IDS/IPS, anti-malware, email security, web security, and other products. This individual will be asked to maintain our managed services infrastructure and field service calls from customers regarding requests and issues. Additionally, this position will be expected to monitor and service our internal security infrastructure and staff.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and administration in the following areas including but not limited to:
  • Identity Management
  • Authentication Management
  • Security incident and event management
  • Vulnerability scanning
  • Firewall and IDS/IPS
  • Email Security
  • Web Security
  • Training and Awareness platforms
  • Manage and maintain customer environments remotely (some onsite)
  • Provide tier 2 support for customer reported issues or requests
  • Defend systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction
  • Perform vulnerability and networking scanning assessments
  • Monitor network traffic for unusual activity
  • Implement network security policies, application security, access control and corporate data safeguards
  • Train fellow employees in security awareness and procedures
  • Conduct security audits and make policy recommendations

Qualifications

Desired Attributes:

  • Security Certifications like Security +, GSEC, or similar vendor certification preferred
  • Strong Experience with security configuration and management of Cisco Security Portfolio
  • +Knowledge of AAA authentication including Radius and TACACS
  • Experience troubleshooting network infrastructure
  • Strong Experience within CLI as it pertains to network devices and infrastructure
  • Strong Experience with perimeter security (firewall), and web/email security and filtering*
  • Knowledge of common L4-L7 protocols such as SSL, HTTP, DNS, SMTP and IPSec
  • Experience with Juniper/Cisco/Checkpoint/Fortinet technologies
  • Intermediate IDS/IPS knowledge
  • Experience with packet analysis tools preferred but not necessary
  • Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems experience

Specifics:
This is a full time position, (40) hours/week with the possibility of off-hours support work.
