We're looking for a rock-star Talent Coach who is an experienced developer or software architect. Your main mission is to work with the founders to recruit and coach talents to reach world-class level.

• This is a full-time, remote position
• Work very closely with the founders to filter, recruit and coach talents
• Design assignments and test questions
• Suggest features of our recruitment platform
• Run recruiting operations

• Expertise in software development and architecture on the cloud
• Excellent communication skills in English 
• Passionate about developing talents
