We are a Stable Security Department working for the Arlington Independent School District in Arlington, TX led by experienced law enforcement and security professionals.

We are looking for candidates with strong work ethic and customer service skills.  If you like to come to work and find things to do, we're looking for you.  We have many different roles to fill, from Dispatchers, who watch cameras, answer phones / radios, and send officers to calls / alarms; Campus Officers, who are assigned to one location and work with students (day shift / weekends off), or Security Patrol (drive to different locations, but work nights or evenings / weekends / holidays / etc.).

1. Some Security experience is preferred, but if you have demonstrated customer service experience, especially as a manager, we can make that work.
2. A great driving record is a must, even if you're a dispatcher.  We're an emergency services agency, so you never know where we might have to go run our dispatch center from in a crisis, and that could include driving a district vehicle.
3. The ability to be on your feet a lot is important.  We do a lot of walking.
