Project Finance Manager

To take advantage of increased opportunity we want to appoint a Project Finance Manager.

We are looking to add to our Project Finance team. Experienced within Commercial Office Design & Build, you will be client facing and must be able to develop a cost plan and present the cost proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

•Degree or HNC/HND educated (desirable but not essential)

•1 + Years’ experience as a Contracts Manager/QS, preferably in design & build fit-out

•An established and good track record of yielding high profits in previous projects

•Highly motivated

•Excellent communication skills

•Well organised with good time management

•Excellent numerical skills

•Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical disciplines

•High competence in using Microsoft Excel with a good knowledge in Outlook & Word

•A good knowledge of JCT contracts & current building regulations

•• A good knowledge of health and safety within the industry

•• Full and ideally clean driving licence essential
