We are a creative, innovative commercial office interior design and project management company. To take advantage of increased opportunity we want to appoint an experienced B2B Telesales Appointment Setter.
Leads are acquired from property industry media, marketing and from networking activities. Other sources include newspapers, the internet and trade publications. You will be responsible for cold calling, qualifying and developing leads into viable sales opportunities. The primary remit will be to make an appointment for one of the corporate sales team to meet the client and develop the project further.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount for this role along with the ability to work under pressure. You must be confident, enthusiastic, able to quickly and effectively build rapport and be determined to succeed. The role requires a strong work ethic in order to achieve the measures of performance (normally talk time and appointments made) and the proven ability to excel at selling services to business decision makers. Knowledge of commercial property, facilities management or interiors is required as is consultative B2B telesales experience.
