Reports into: Sales Director – South East Asia & Hong Kong


As (Senior) Business Development Manager (SEA & HK), based in Singapore - you will be for responsible for increasing NTT Cloud Communications (NTTCC) market share by selling NTT Unified Communications services & solutions into medium and large enterprise companies within an assigned territory.

• Strategically target, prospect, and acquire Medium to Large enterprise companies selling NTTCC’s UC and collaboration services & solutions
• Adopt a consultative and solution selling approach – you can identify customers' challenges and articulate NTTCC's value proposition
• Researching on large enterprises and strategic prospect targets to identify key decision makers therein
• Prospecting on a daily and weekly basis to senior/ C-Level decision makers and stakeholders to develop new business. Create and maintain strong relationships with these large & strategic prospects
• Generate new pipeline of opportunities; create client presentations, proposals, reports, and conduct onsite and remote presentations and demonstrations
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle and the sales process internally and externally, with complete understanding of the customer decision making process, including negotiating of contractual terms till closure of deals
• Achieve assigned sales quota by targeting new business (new customer accounts) and upselling into existing large enterprise clients in collaboration with NTT Ltd Client Management sales teams.
• Effectively transition customer after contract signature to Customer Success Manager for implementation and support
• Ensure individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met or exceeded based on input into and reporting from NTTCC’s CRM system. These includes sales activity (number of calls and meetings), new leads and opportunities generated. To provide accurate and timely forecasting of numbers.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial and driven individual with at least 5 to 10 years of successful selling experience in B2B environment (medium to large companies)
• Degree holder with direct and/or indirect sales experience in ICT/Telco solutions & services, with good track record of quota achievements and over achievements
• Demonstrated good to excellent understanding in one or more of the following areas and their ecosystem – telecommunications, networks, unified communications, collaboration solutions (Cisco, Microsoft, Zoom), contact center/CRM solutions, intelligent workplace solutions
• Demonstrated successful experience in identifying customer’s needs and challenges, developing and articulating value propositions, positioning partnership solutions with technology vendors, service providers or systems integrators, and selling business outcomes
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and use of CRM (SFDC.com)
• High energy, persuasive and engaging demeanour
• Excellent relationship-building skills and experience in customer liaison and management
• Must be a committed self-starter, highly motivated, who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
