Job Description

The successful FP&A Analyst will be based at Hammersmith, London, and reporting to the Head of FP&A EMEA.  This role includes budgeting, forecasting, reporting and controlling responsibilities for a subregion (2-3 countries) within Arkadin EMEA.  You will be part of an EMEA based team of 4, with 2 based in Montpellier and Paris.

Key responsibilities 

  • Budgeting: annual P&L budgeting including detailed revenue calculations
  • Forecasting:  mid-month revenue forecast and quarterly P&L forecasts
  • Reporting: commissions calculations, monthly & ad-hoc analysis
  • Controlling: accurate, complete and on time month-end close:  revenue assurance, revenue recognition (cost accruals and revenue deferrals), revenue flash, margin analysis, working with the Accounting & Billing teams to ensure smooth month-end close
  • Business Partnering: supporting other departments with revenue reports and working with Dispute teams to resolve client disputes

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Works well as a team player (ensure consistency across EMEA) and as a self-starter
  • Flexibility to learn new tasks and accept greater responsibilities
  • Show proactiveness by improving existing processes and/or recommending new ones
  • Business partnering experience would be desirable as this role requires working with Sales & Events teams
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Works accurately and methodically
  • Good time management skills & prioritisation
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
