Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like:
- you will work on a peer level with BDM's to formulate an Account Plan for nominated prospective customers by delivering technical information to the customer.
- you will need to evangelize our Solutions from a technical perspective helping to transform businesses, solving business issues with technology.
- to sum up, in your day-to-day you will be a trusted technical advisor in supporting our clients with your outstanding technical expertise and knowledge.
You’re gonna need this to carry out this job:
- a pro-active approach to meet with customers to develop a deep technical relationship at all levels.
- Demonstrated level of business acumen as it applies to the client's business and working with business partners to execute solutions.
- Skilled in provocative consultative selling, with an understanding of the client's needs and our own capabilities
- Commercially minded and capable of supporting end-to-end sales engagements with the ability to think, plan and act strategically
- Extensive networking and interpersonal skills in complex environments
- Self-starter with eagerness to seek and build new skills
- Fluent in both English and French
- Engineer or Master Degree
- + 3 years of experience in ICT Sales / Account Management / Service Management experience - Ideally -with Microsoft MCP in Skype for Business, preferable a MCSE communications or Cisco CCNA / CCDA / CCNP / CCDP / CCVP qualified or equivalent
