Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales activities by selling Arkadin’s Enterprise solutions into large enterprise companies within North America.

o    Achieve and/or exceed revenue targets & KPIs

o    Build strong relationships with affiliated companies, agents in the enterprise space and net new prospected business

o    Increase monthly revenue by signing new UC business opportunities and acquiring new clients

o    Demonstrate an effective management of the entire sales process, complete understanding of the business, buying and decision-making process of an organization

o    Keep management well informed of short and long-term revenue forecasts, including new business development

o   The Business Development Manager is an expert with Arkadin’s UC solutions, policies and procedures

o has up-to-date information


o    Strategically target and acquire Large enterprise companies with 500 – 10,000 employees selling Arkadin’s Enterprise solutions

o    Lead the sales engagement for all Enterprise opportunities

o    Coordinate Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, CSMs, implementations team and sales leadership to drive deals

o    Work in cross-functional teams to build the pipeline & drive deal flow

o    Maintain a consistent high level of customer engagement in order to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and/or exceeded

o    Independently manage the entire sales cycle

o    Organize and facilitate regular deal reviews with senior leadership

o    Maintain accurate records within the company’s sales database

o    Work closely with direct and indirect sales teams to generate new business opportunities across North America

o    Create client presentations, proposals and client reports

o    Conduct onsite and remote presentations and demonstrations

o    Effectively work across all departments to support clients

o    Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients

o    Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue and new business development

o    Perform other assigned tasks as requested

Attend training and complete all online learning requirements to ensure advance knowledge of Arkadin’s products, solutions, policies and procedures


o    University Degree

o    Attention to detail and process oriented are very important in this role

o    5+ years’ B2B Sales experience

o    Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment

o    Demonstrated leadership in a cross functional environment with the ability to lead, influence and shape opinion amongst a peer group of senior managers.

o    Understanding of cloud services, pricing models and benefit statements

o    Must have a persuasive nature and professional phone demeanor

o    Proven ability (and samples) of effective deal management techniques

o    Prior experience in managing highly complex sales cycles and working in a partner-oriented role

o    Skilled at consultative and solution-based sales approach

o    Exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written)

o    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

o    Capacity to involve Arkadin’s pre-sales teams and material resources when needed in case of increased sales complexity

o    Strong ability to qualify opportunities with rigid characteristics

o    Effective presentation skills during customer engagements both virtually and face-to-face

o    Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

o    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Skype for Business and cloud hosted enterprise solutions preferable.
