The primary purpose of the Solution Consultant is to provide technical advice, support and strategy to our customers and the Sales Team to deliver continued growth within the business.
Solution Consultant works on a peer level with BDM's and Solution Consultant's to formulate an Account Plan for nominated prospective customers. It is vital that the Solution Consultant acts as the Technical Authority for these accounts, by delivering technical information to the customer in the form of RFI/RFP responses, design related documentation, product updates and industry/competitive analysis.
This requires a pro-active approach to meet with customers on regular and frequent occasions to develop a deep technical relationship at all levels. The role is to evangelize the Arkadin Solutions from a technical perspective helping to transform businesses, solving business issues with technology. The Solution Consultant will be part of the local Advanced Services team, reporting into the AS local manager. The Solution Consultant will ensure Arkadin capability to deliver the solution.
o Experience with Cisco Unified Communications solutions
o Extensive experience in Unifieid Collaboration space prefarably in Presales, Solutioning and Vendor ecosystem experience.
o Experience in PBX and Voice technologies
o Main protocols for: data, voice and video traffic (http/https, rtp, sip, H323,G711/729 ..)
o Good understanding of Web services technologies
o Network topology including MPLS, IP connect, PSTN, Internet…
o Conferencing experience beneficial
o Develop and maintain open, honest peer relationships with Account Managers/Directors
o Develop and maintain open, honest relationships with customers, partners and colleagues
o Develop and maintain partner oriented relationships with external technological companies
