Job Description

This role is part of the global leadership of the Digital Engagement Service Line.

He/she is a Digital Marketing expert with extensive proven experience in content creation, defining and running global multi-channel Marketing campaigns efficiently working closely with global teams and various functions including Sales, Regional Marketing teams, Sales Operations

He/she will be the main owner of our Marketing & Sales strategy and will ensure strong closely collaborate with a global Product & Development team to influence and drive an ambitious new products plan (both via internal Development and new technologies partnerships)

He/she will:

  • Promote the new Service Line value proposition and the new Service Line name both internally and externally (with the help of a Marketing colleague/team member)
  • Create new Marketing content & campaigns globally for the Pharmaceutical vertical go to market
  • Be in close contact with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Team, Devellopement) to accelerate our Product portfolio evolution:
    • New webinars platforms
    • Portals & integration capabilities
    • Others
  • Establish Arkadin Service Line as a key Digital Engagement partner to Pharmaceutical sectors in 2018/2019 onwards despite a limited year 1 Marketing budget (to increase in year 2 onwards thanks to year 1 obtained ROI)
  • Prove the benefits of the “Digital Marketing first” mindset to the Organization
  • Drive the Sales readiness (value prop, pitch, Social selling…)  

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 to 15 years experience in Digital Marketing (with Pharmaceutical Companies or healthcare Digital Communication Agency), extensive knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, website traffic, brand awareness)
  • Strong understanding of the Digital current & future trends, multi-channel marketing & Digital engagement of Healthcare professionals in the specific context of the Pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
  • Able to define and articulate a business/go to market strategy & elaborate realistics products vision while ensuring its seamless execution globally
  • “Doer” aptitude and mindset (especially in creating content to target the Pharmaceutical sector and driving digital Marketing campaigns “by yourself”)
  • Experience in Eloqua, SFDC, social listening, social-selling, SEO, social media targeting, emailings, webinars
  • Gravitas, presence and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships at Senior level internally but also with Partners and Clients
  • Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Very structured working methodology, ability to deal with several different activities in parallel
  • Strong team player, tenacious, and result/client-driven
  • Product Management experience and team management a significant plus
