Job Description

Who You'll Work For

Arista was founded to deliver software defined cloud networking solutions for large data centers and high-performance computing environments. As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a Manufacturing Planner to join our team.

In this role you will primarily collaborate closely with key customers and sales team, serving as their advocate within Manufacturing. You will own order prioritization, drive visibility into delivery schedules, and ensure that our fulfilment sites meet shipping targets.

We are looking for a proactive, analytical candidate who is passionate about supporting customers, working with key internal and external partners, and driving operational excellence across the supply chain.

What You'll Do

  • Provide customers with scheduled ship dates.
  • Respond to, assess, and coordinate customer expedite requests.
  • Direct fulfilment centers on order priorities based on demand, supply status, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, and planning reports as needed.
  • Help Arista to meet our quarter end goals.
  • Partner with Sales teams to provide visibility on order status, supply availability, and potential risks.
  • Help identify risks to customer commitments and proactively escalate issues with action-oriented recommendations.
  • Continually refine the planning and scheduling processes between Arista and our key manufacturing partners.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a related industry.
  • Batchelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant area.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • High English proficiency (oral and written) is required, as this role is based in Mexico and will interface daily with customers, Sales teams, and partners in the United States. Fluent, professional English communication is essential for success in this role.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to become a subject matter expert and use that knowledge to build new processes and tools.
  • Must thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Additional Information

The working hours will be agreed in advance with the team manager.
