Job Description
Who You'll Work With
- In this role you will primarily focus on supporting fulfillment readiness for one of our fast-growing segments. You will have a chance to work
- with cross-functional teams within Arista as well as Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership. We are looking for a candidate who
- is interested in helping us build an innovative and modern supply chain.
What You'll Do
- Work with Sales & Marketing to identify critical deals to better support their fulfillment
- Ensure planning and operational readiness for new products from said deals
- Translate said demand into production plans for our CM and ODM partners
- Analyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment scheduling
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to get consensus on operational directions
- Develop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a related industry
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a relevant area
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Built to thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong computer proficiency
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. SAP experience is a plus
