Arista has an exciting opportunity available for a proven Named Account Manager who will have direct selling responsibilities with the objective of identifying sales opportunities for Arista Networks Cloud Networking solutions within the healthcare and pharmaceutical vertical market.
The Named Account Manager be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing accounts such as Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and Sanofi in addition to developing new white logos with companies such as Merck, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Glaxo, Bristol Myers, etc.
Note: We are NOT seeking a Pharmaceutical Account Manager
What Will You Do?
Arista is changing the game relative to Data Center, Cloud, and Campus networking and this is a great opportunity to join a winning team. The candidate must have 5+ years’ experience successfully managing Large Pharma accounts and have knowledge of networking, data center & campus technologies.
Build Senior Executive relationships at target accounts and align Arista's software-defined Data Center and Campus networking solutions to their I/T and business needs.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings goals
Build mutually beneficial Partnerships with Technology and Resale/SI Partners to enhance overall service and value to clients.
Manage and grow new customer relationships and revenue associated with Arista Data Center, Campus, Cloud networking products in addition to Network Detection and Endpoint security.
Interface with Arista headquarters to coordinate sales and marketing activity
Monitor client satisfaction and elevate issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolution
Set own priorities and schedules to meet established goals and meet commitments consistently
Other duties as assigned by management
8 to 10+ years' sales experience in high tech-preferably in the networking sector, routers/switches etc.
Demonstrated history of consistent sales achievement over the target
A consistent track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals
Core Domain knowledge of networking solutions, network routers/switches, and selling into data center & campus environments.
Demonstrated success with CXO and multi-level selling
Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships
Knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services
Professional in appearance with solid business acumen and the ability to present and negotiate
Strong time management, ability to multi-task, takes initiative and follows through
Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
