Job Description

Right now we are working with an IT consulting company that is local to Rutland, Vermont.  This company has been in business for over 25 years and provides end-to-end IT consulting services to small and medium sized businesses in Rutland and beyond.  It's a small, tight-knit team that prides itself on customer service and working together to solve IT issues.

This company is looking to hire a Tier 1/Tier 2 helpdesk technician that can work out of the office in Rutland and visit local client sites when necessary.  This position is perfect for a junior level technician that wants to be in an environment where they can learn and grow into a system administrator or a system engineer position.

Salary for this position is anywhere from $50k-$65k, based on experience.  Candidates that have MSP experience/IT consulting experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of providing end user IT support
  • 1+ year of troubleshooting experience
  • 1+ year of experience with Active Directory (set up users, reset passwords, account administration)
  • 1+ year of experience with Office 365 (email support, mailbox creation)
  • Basic network troubleshooting experience
  • Great communication skills, positive attitude
  • Experience with ConnectWise is highly preferred.
