We are a boutique IT recruiting agency that strictly works with IT consulting companies and managed services providers.  We place candidates on a permanent, full time basis (no contract or contract-to-hire positions).

Right now we are working with a Vermont based IT consulting company.  This company has been in business for over 25 years and provides end-to-end IT consulting services to small and medium sized businesses in the Middlebury area.  It's a small, tight-knit team that prides itself on customer service and working together to solve IT issues.

This company is looking to hire a Tier 1/Tier 2 helpdesk technician that can work from home and visit client sites in Middlebury on an as-needed basis.  This position is perfect for a junior level technician that wants to be in an environment where they can learn and grow into a system administrator or a system engineer position.

Salary for this position is anywhere from $50k-$65k, based on experience.  Candidates that have MSP experience/IT consulting experience are highly preferred.

• 1+ year of providing end user IT support
• 1+ year of troubleshooting experience
• 1+ year of experience with Active Directory (set up users, reset passwords, account administration)
• 1+ year of experience with Office 365 (email support, mailbox creation)
• Basic network troubleshooting experience
• Great communication skills, positive attitude
• Experience with ConnectWise is highly preferred.
