Job Description

Responsibilities:

Attend periodic evaluations

Evaluate work output

Handle established accounts

Help set policies

Participate in interviewing, hiring and training

Work in different departments to gain perspective

Work with managers to plan and direct work

Qualifications

Requirments:

Education - High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Previous customer service or industry experience (not required but a plus)

Excellent communication skills

Great Leadership ability

Highly Effective problem solving

Well organized
