Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable E&I Technical Office Engineer to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in one of our projects in UAE.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Prepare/Review Method Statements, Material Approval Request (MAR)/MR for various E&I activities.
- Coordinating with the Engineering team to highlight and address engineering concerns in a timely manner, based on site requirements.
- Preparing E&I work packages for construction activities & coordinating closely with construction team to ensure smooth execution at site.
- Conducting site surveys with vendors and providing required technical data to the Engineering team in alignment with Client requirements for E&I activities.
- Preparing and Reviewing Sub-Contractors RFQ statement for E&I work activities.
- Floating technical queries with procurement department and with vendors.
- Well familiar with calibration activities prior or after installation devices at site for instrumentation.
- Developing E&I tie-in schedules for shutdown periods, ensuring all related drawings, documents, and materials are arranged to meet project deadlines.
- Preparing redline mark-up drawings reflecting site modifications and actual installation conditions.
- Monitoring & reporting daily progress reports.
- Preparing E&I work packages for construction activities & coordinating closely with construction team to ensure smooth execution at site.
- Highlight to procurement department if any materials received are deviating with the approved MAR/MR or as per AVL.
- Verify 3D model / MTO and raise the deviation points to engineering team and accordingly issue the purchase request.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Extensive experience in vendor drawing reviews, client and contractor/sub-contractor interactions, and providing technical support to procurement and construction teams.
- Hands-on experience in calibration, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting activities during construction and commissioning phases.
- Experienced in witnessing and verifying E&I activities with vendors and manufacturers to ensure system integrity and project compliance.
- Strong coordination skills with various engineering disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, and Piping during project execution.
- Well familiar with HSE and QA/QC procedures, ensuring all activities align with safety and quality standards.
