Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable E&I Quantity Surveyor to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in one of our projects in UAE.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Capable to work extensively for the Installation work package (IWP) and the Workface planning (WFP) for organizing and delivering (AWP) advanced work package methodology by implementing the IWP Work package
- Analyze and Control the Material Qty for Electrical & Instrumentation work
- Evaluate Contractor’s Variations and Interim Payments.
- Analyze and evaluate cost implications of Electrical & Instrumentation work
- Participate in Material Evaluation and review analysis
- Capable to finalize Material for the Construction work packages & Tie-in’s
- Material Tracking to expedite the action on Hold & Field Concerns.
- Capable to work and resolve any variation claims related to E&I
- Capable to work with Field Engineering for the material control
- Capable to expedite package Vendor input for the construction methodology.
- Conduct continuous field inspections ensuring technical & Qty adherence.
- Support Punch points closing and assist the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
- 5 – 8 years of experience in project costs analysis, Material & Cost Control, optimizing financial performance, project profitability in the Construction field related to EPC/ EPCM project.
- Exceptional skills to review and update E &I Material tracking for Cost analysis
- Good knowledge of International & ADNOC Standards
- Awareness of Safety & Quality norms of Oil & Gas Industry
- Professionally interacting with multiple disciplines including Client.
- Ability to work on own initiative to travel frequently to site.
- Proficiency working on AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, ERM
- Proven ability to work with a multicultural and Multinational project team
- Able to communicate good English (Professionally Spoken and Written Skill
