As a Treasury Specialist, you will be supporting the processing of renewal or new bilateral banking facilities. You will be processing Trade Finance Transactions and recording them as well as ensuring proper monitoring and reporting on outstanding exposures and processing Surety Bond request while liaising with US Brokers. Finally, you will be processing Cash and Payment Transactions and recording them.

What you will need to do:

• Supporting the processing of renewal of bilateral banking facilities or new
• Wider Knowledge of trade finance products (Letter of Guarantees / Letter of Credits)
• Processing Trade Finance Transactions and record them in Agenas
• Ensure proper monitoring and reporting on outstanding exposures (LCs, LGs)
• Processing Surety Bond request and liaise with US Brokers
• Commentary on Trade Finance Products (LCs / LGs) for Tendering purposes or contracts with third parties
• Commentary on Sub-contractors Guarantees in our favour
• Processing Cash and Payment Transactions and record them in Agenas
• Liaise with other departments (Tendering, Legal, Procurement, Finance) – Opine on Tendering Documents, JV or Consortium Agreements
• Reporting where applicable (budget)
• Travel: If needed but not frequent

What you will need to have:

• MBA or MSc in Finance or Banking is a strong plus
• Min. eight (8) years’ experience in total; five (5) out of which in a Corporate Treasury department or as RM/Assistant RM in Banking industry
• Knowledge in handling bilateral facilities
• Fluent in Greek and English Language
• Excellent command of MS Office and especially Excel
• Wider Knowledge of Trade Finance Products
