Role Summary:

In this role, the Rewards Specialist will support the design, administration, and management of the company's compensation and benefits processes and tools servicing the entire Archirodon group.

What you will need to do:

  • Support the HR Systems Manager in the development of Reward tools for multiple markets (Europe, Saudi Arabia, Middle East, North Africa, Eurasia).
  • Supports the design of compensation strategies and structures that are aligned with company goals.
  • Design and prepare Compensation & Benefits reports for the management, on a regular or ad-hoc basis.
  • Review the implementation of company’s rewards policies across the Group
  • Coordinate the conduction of payroll analysis (projections of labor cost for Athens population)
  • Collaborate with Recruitment for daily/ad-hoc cases (provide salary ranges/internal equity etc.)
  • Updating the Group’s HR systems in terms of Compensation & Benefits data  
  • Coordinates the salary, bonus, grade, position and profession changes process. Assist the HR Systems Manager in ensuring that the approved adjustments are aligned with the corporate guidelines.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned

What you will need to have:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration or Finance/Economics/Statistics
  • A master’s degree in human resources management will be considered a plus
  • 4- 6 years’ overall experience; at least 3 of them in Compensation & Benefits/ Rewards role
  • Prior working experience in Reporting is a must
  • Previous experience with Payroll is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent in written and spoken English
