Job Description
- Assist HR Manager in developing HR strategies in managing various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Role involves collaborating with managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
- Developing and managing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Saudi labor laws, particularly for the construction and EPC sector.
- Monitor and coordinate all matters related to work permits and visas
- Implementing comprehensive training and development programs for employees.
- Managing the job evaluation system and motivating performance.
- Working to improve the work environment and enhance the company's culture.
- Supervising payroll and benefits operations to ensure compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized/ reputed University.
- Diploma in Human Resources Management preferred.
- 8 -10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in large industrial or commercial companies and minimum 1-2 years as Assistant Human Resources Manager role.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance regulations
- Excellent leadership skills and communication skills.
- Experience in policy development and performance management.
