We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of seasoned and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our knowledgeable Quality team in our Athens Office.

Role summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for performing Internal Audits at all levels as well as working closely with Quality Project teams, maintaining the organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and supporting the maintenance of organization’s ISO certificates.

What you will need to do:

• Perform Quality Internal Audits at all levels and follow up the addressing of findings.
• Follow up until close out of all internal and External Audit findings (OBs, NCRs & OFI) with the relevant Project team.
• Replace temporarily a Project QA/QC Manager.
• Support Project Quality teams during Project execution and systematic follow up of Project key issues, through videoconference meetings and Site visits.
• Advise Quality Control teams on site to perform QC activities in accordance with Contract Technical specifications, International standards and IMS procedures as appropriate.
• Identify and follow up the Quality risks.
• Assess Project Quality KPIs, analyze trends and follow up.
• Coordinate with other departments and collect the KPIS per year.
• Train new employees in IMS and Quality IMS documents.
• Provide Quality input to Prequalification and Tender submissions.

What you will need to have:

• BSc degree from a reputable Technical University; a master’s degree would be considered an asset.
• Min. six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in the Quality sector, preferably in large organizations; experience in Construction industry is a plus.
• Proven working experience in developing/maintaining of a Quality Management System (QMS) or an Integrated Management System (IMS).
• International exposure is highly welcomed.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is necessary.
