Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and resourceful  HR Systems Analyst to join our Human Resources team in our Athens Office.

Role summary:

In this role, will be responsible for the administration, liaison and coordination of Human Resource systems projects in meeting all professional standards for human resource systems development and implementation.

What you will need to do: 

  • Work with user groups in the Human Resources organization to define information needs and sources.
  • Apply HR processes into the company’s business process mapping software, by implementing into the system new processes or updating existing ones as guided by other senior HR team members.
  • Work with central IT group to develop plans for proposed systems, including development and systems changes.
  • Monitor the implementation and smooth operation of the HR systems.
  • Monitor the implementation of changes in employee reporting lines.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy, as well as elimination of duplicates. 
  • Prepare or supervise the preparation of special reports and analysis.
  • Contribute to the design of grading system.
  • Coordinate the Performance Management process, through the corporate tool.
  • Get actively involved in the composition of Job Descriptions based on company’s structures and processes.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

What you will need to have: 

  • University degree in Business Administration/HRM/Information Technology or related discipline. An MBA or HRM would be considered a plus.
  • Min. five (5) years of relevant work experience within Human Resources department
  • Prior work experience as a Business Consultant or HR Consultant would be considered an asset.
  • Experience in Performance Management / Appraisal Systems, design, or coordination in implementation.
  • Exposure in HRIS and familiarity with reporting and analysis tools.
  • Solid experience in reporting and data analysis of People Analytics.
  • Sufficient exposure in grading/ evaluation projects, titling projects and benchmarking analysis.
  • Fluency in English.
