Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a resourceful Financial Analyst to join a top qualified and knowledgeable Finance Team in our Athens Office.

You will be part of the Finance team dedicated to the Marine and Infrastructure Division and support on budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will present financial information in a clear concise way to powerfully inform business decision, ultimately playing an integral role in ensuring day-to-day financial health between the Group Finance team and Project Sites across location.

 

What you will need to do:

  • Prepares and presents to Division’s Management consolidated financial reports for Projects under the Division (Operations / Cash Flow / Receivables / MCWBR)
  • Prepares Division’s Quarterly Operations RFs
  • Monitors timely submission of Cash Flow (Treasury & Actual) and co-ordinates with Projects the existence of proper substantiation of anticipated in/out flows.
  • Monitors timely submission of all Financial Reports for Projects under the Division
  • Reviews RFs (Operations and Cash Flow) of Projects under the Division and provide quantitative and qualitative comments to F&A Manager
  • Reviews Projects under the Division Trial Balances and Monthly Operations and in coordination with Division’s F&A Manager communicates to the Project corrections/actions required.
  • Obtains knowledge on monthly expensed amounts for Projects.

What you will need to have:

  • BSc degree in Accounting or Business-related studies
  • A data-analysis relevant MSc is highly welcomed.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Excellent English command (written and oral)
  • Computer literacy, including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

What is nice to have:

  • Experience in construction or/and EPC industry is beneficial.
  • Working exposure to BI reporting considered an advantage.
  • Keen interest in and a basic understanding of IFRS financial reporting principles and practice is a plus
