Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a resourceful Junior Tendering Engineer to join a top qualified and knowledgeable Tendering Team in our Athens Office.

Role summary:

As a member of the Tendering team, you will support the development of proposals and tenders for international projects. You will have the opportunity to accelerate knowledge and experience through exposure, and collaboration with high performing multidisciplinary teams.

What you will need to do:

  • In conjunction with the Tendering Office Manager, follows up the management system for
    the control of documentation generated by the Tender Department
  • Prepares and maintains each tender file
  • Follow up the Tender Submittal
  • Issues Tender Request for Information as required
  • Assists in the compilation of the tender submittal
  • Archives the tender and all documentation as per the company policy
  • Co-ordinates with other Departments for the timely response to Tender Request for Information

What you will need to have:

  • BSc in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering; MSc in relevant areas will be highly welcomed.
  • One to three (1-3) years of work experience within construction industry
  • Excellent English command (written and oral) of the English language
  • Computer literacy, including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
