Job Description

  • Coordination between all shop drawings disciplines. And IFC drawings
  • Preparation of coordination/shop and as-built drawings
  • Preparation of purchase requests for permanent materials procured by site team.
  • Evaluation of technical submittals for project materials procured by site team.
  • Establish with the Construction Manager the construction methodology of arc. items
  • Analyze the IFC drawings and project specification documents to understand project scope thoroughly and to raise technical queries well in advance to facilitate the execution works.
  • Support the Construction Section Heads / Engineers procedures, bar bending schedule, rebar detailing drawings.
  • Reviewing tender documents/ drawings and preparing technical offers and putting estimating etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural  Engineering from a recognized and reputed University.
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years’ work experience in similar position.
  • Fluency in English and preferably Arabic
  • Must be Proficient in computer skills including REVIT, Navis Works, AutoCAD (3D), MS Office Suite, Power Point, PDF Editing.
  • Proven experience with technical drawings and details & prepare material submittals.
  • Extensive knowledge of preparing BOQs (in both Arabic & English languages) including quantity surveys.
  • Knowledge of design standards, local codes, and government regulations.
