Job Description
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers in our awarded project in Egypt.

What you will need to do:
- Prepare Shop drawings and Technical submittals.
- Prepare Mechanical calculations for mechanical systems (HVAC, FF, and PL).
- Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, prepare technical offers & estimating costs by coordinating with vendors/subcontractors, offers evaluation, vendors/subcontractors negotiations and BOQ/Financial offer preparation to ensure lowest prices.
- Achieve the success factor percentage by putting the best prices and suggest methods to improve the percentage from a technical perspective.
- Contribute to the team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional design processes.
- Improve design experience by maintaining state of the art technologies and methodologies.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Min. Six (6) years of experience in a relevant position
- Excellent English
- Proficient user of CAD / REVIT
- Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office
What it is nice to have:
- Experience in EPC industry
- Mechanical Shop drawing and materials submittal and design preparation experience
- Mechanical background
